Santino did a wonderful job restoring my 40 year old aluminum frame windows!. I could not be happier. I shopped everywhere for new windows but the prices were crazy high to try and match my original frames. So Santino replaced all the double paned glass like the expert he is and they look clear, new, perfect. He saved us tens of thousands of dollars using glass materials that came from the same factory as what that expensive company--starts with an "A" uses. Santino was fast, responsive and priced very competitively. With my tight timeliness he worked with me and He had the broken door side glass fixed and window sash balances replaced. He has my trust and I will be using his crew for future glass needs.
Unprofessional and unreliable. Gave me an appointment time which I had to leave work early and never showed up, called or even answered his phone. Hours later he texts and rudely says “Go call someone else”….Dont bother with this guy!
