Zero. Brought my daughter in for severe back pain; no parking of course so had to pay $6.00 for NOTHING. When entering ER lobby, was told I had to wait "outside" in the over 100 degree temperature. Surely the "boastful" hospital, who spends millions on TV ads, can do better for those that accompany their ailing patients. Right? Never will go back to ANY Mercy Hospital again. Not ever.
