Things have really gone downhill since the University took over. The staff is still nice, but the systems are terrible, and your time is wasted left and right. Medications are cancelled for no reason with no notice. You can't just call and talk to someone anymore.

Their staff is great! My husband has Dr. Sheff as his primary care physician. Dr. Sheff is compassionate and listens carefully and is eager to answer questions thoroughly. Everyone in the clinic works together as a team which makes their care so good. Thanks so much to everyone who works there.

Do not go here! I was a patient of Christine Blake’s for several years. They cancelled every appointment I had for the last year. Sometimes they waited until I arrived at the clinic to tell me that Christine was not there and they cancelled my appointment. I had to take off work for the appointments. Today April 4, 2023 I had an appointment at 3:00. I received a phone call at 8:34AM telling me that Christine no longer works there and had not since February 28th. Where was my notice? A letter?
