Eh, used to be great when it was Mercy, since U of I now has a monopoly in the area we have to go to Cedar Rapids for good Healthcare. U of I has 5 minute visits, they rush you in and out so you have to come back and they get more insurance money. Also long wait time for appointments 2 plus months. Just drive 30 minutes to Cedar Rapids and it's like 1,000 times better health care.
Doctor was almost ridiculously inept. I honestly thought someone had dressed up a random person as a physician as a prank. Nursing staff are, however, seemingly well-trained and great at their jobs, but they're not the ones prescribing medication or future procedures.
The wait time to see a family physician or Nurse Practioner as an established patient is a month out for medical care issues that are not serious enough to go to the ER. Very disappointed with the current healthcare administration.
