I have seen Dr. Dragos Sandulescu for about 5 years. Dr. Dragos is extremely attentive, and truly compassionate regarding the needs of his patients. I had so many questions and concerns that he and his staff handled with such care, patience, and dedication. Awesome experience! I went in for a regular cleaning, check up and I am truly impressed. The office was newly renovated with state of the art dental technology in every room. The courteous and professional staff provided a thorough and painless experience. I will definitely be back!
I was searching for a dentist nearby. Just needed cleaning and consultation. Scheduling an appointments with this place is thumbs down. Well, at least for me it was. I've had a couple of appointments scheduled. Each time they asked for additional info, which was given. Then a day, or two before appointment someone would leave a message and cancel, stating they needed "additional" information. I wonder why it was such a problem. Was it my insurance, voice, or location?
Arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and checked. Before I finished taking off my coat they were ready for me. I was there for a crown. I have never had a crown before. Dr. Bogdan explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The procedure went well and a temporary crown was fitted onto the damaged tooth. I will see him again in 2 weeks for the permanent crown. All of his staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt in a factory.
