I'm seeking family counseling for my family. I read the reviews of this mercy family counseling and I couldn't believe the awful reviews this place has. I will definitely not be going there. They obviously don't care about people's mental health nor have any respect for anybody. I am so surprised they are still in business. I suggest anybody who don't want to let this keep happening, like I don't because everybody deserves to be treated with respect and have their mental health to be addressed. I Am so Grateful to my Therapist and everyone in front desk, i have never felt so understood, heard, and cared for like I Am now!! They are all so Amazing and blessed!!
It’s generally a good idea to let your clients know that their therapist of many years is leaving. Maybe that’s not common sense to this office, it seems more preferred by their team that you call in after months of no care to learn that for yourself right before the holidays. I then called to let them know I was discontinuing my care and they didn’t even ask why. Cleared my appointments and said have a good day. Please start prioritizing your patients, mental health isn’t something to cut corners with.
