There is at least one person who works here who genuinely cares, and sometimes that is enough. But for the most part their systems are designed to fail and I feel like they barely listen to me.
I always get a quick response from this office when I leave a negative review. Hey if that’s what it takes for them to notice me I’ll do it.
Overall not terrible but a few minor issues stack up to a less-than-comforting experience. Namely the app does not feel very well put together, and when you call the phone tree directs you to the app before you can talk to a person. I’ve also had the doctor forget refill a prescription after an appointment, and I was extremely anxious that I wouldn’t be able to get medicine in time. Maybe that’s my fault for assuming the auto refill would pop up in a few days, but the way things are set up just feels like I could’ve been lef... read more
Dr. Rigamer is wonderful and has helped my son tremendously with his anxiety and ADD issues. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. He also has very helpful suggestions. Carolyn at the front desk is also wonderful and always there to assist. Thank you!
