I just had a poor experience on the phone while enquiring for fees on a medical procedure. I called Mercy Endoscopy Service this morning. I got private health. The person on the phone turned what was a genuine question into a confrontation to then blame me: "You confused me"... I think having individual fees and being the patient's obligation to find out on their own is stressful enough, no need to add to it.
