I went for a procedure at the center and the entire staff are very professional and pleasant. They truly care for their patients and it shows in their interactions starting with check in and throughout the visit. Dr. Goldkamp is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Paul Buse and staff were great. no problems start to finish. took pills for pre. everything was great, Professional kind made me feel safe and in great hands. DR. Buse explained everything b4, and after, They followed up with a call after to check on me, I missed. but it was cool, they tried. Thumbs up to the care team. They also took care of all insurance paperwork. Recommend by Dr. Murphy , who is The Best Doctor any were. Dr. Bush the same.
My experience with the Mercy staff, nurses, and Dr. Jeffrey T. Kreikemeier was top-notch! They deserve 5 stars. However, I must bring to your attention that Mercy partners with Western Anesthesiology Associates for the anesthesia services. Imagine my shock when I received a separate $250 invoice for the anesthesia, for a preventative service that's 100% covered by my insurance.
