Reception was pleasant and very thorough. We got into the emgerence fairly quickly. Nurses were pleasant as well.
How dare you refuse to see my friend who came in experiencing chest pains and chills to point they were on the floor! They had to leave to go to Washington Regional who took no issue with taking them immediately back to treat them..Do not go here if you value your well being!
This is by far the Worst experience I’ve EVER had here. just for the doctor and medical student to give me 5 pills and an even more irritated ear and throwing up even more. While waiting for 2 + hours I was crying hysterically in the emergency room doctors and nurses saw me in clear distress, they asked “on what level is the pain” I told them 10 and asked “is there any fluid leakage” WHILE MY EAR IS DRAINING actively. but still continued to show no care about it what so ever.
