Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience! My wife had a severe allergic reaction, so we went to the ER. We got checked in and in a room within five minutes of walking in (11 p.m. on a Thursday). The nurses and doctor were all very knowledgable and attentive. They were able to take care of her reaction with no issues, and we were out after about 2-2.5 hours. Before insurance, our cost was a little less than $2,000, which is not terrible for an ER visit. Was seen in the ER for a (self inflicted) puncture wound in my arm and the doctor on staff was terrible. Aggressively handled the wound, misjudged bleeding and ended up doing a terrible job glue’ing the wound instead of stitching me up. There was a ton of blood in the glue as it dried and the glue ended up falling off after only 48 hours, leaving a hole where healing should have been. Had to go to an urgent care to have steristrips applied to get me back on track.
Went in with severe pain and was taken back as soon as I finished checking in, the doctor was in the room within 20 minutes, and everyone was so kind! Definitely recommend this ER to anyone needing immediate care.
If I could give this facility a negative five-star review, I would. My husband and I experienced one of the most appalling examples of healthcare I have ever witnessed—verging on gross negligence. In September 2024, my husband began experiencing severe, escalating pain.
