This is by far the Worst experience I’ve EVER had here. just for the doctor and medical student to give me 5 pills and an even more irritated ear and throwing up even more. While waiting for 2 + hours I was crying hysterically in the emergency room doctors and nurses saw me in clear distress, they asked “on what level is the pain” I told them 10 and asked “is there any fluid leakage” WHILE MY EAR IS DRAINING actively. but still continued to show no care about it what so ever. I came here with stomach and back pain, but initially dr stock didn't want to give a CT scan because my urine test came back "normal" and because the radiation would carry risks for my eggs.. im 20 with no plans of children soon and just want the endless stomach pain to end. he ended up finding something wrong that he could've told me about with the urine test. had he not given me the CT scan and given me the correct urine test results I would've left without antibiotics. unfortunately, they didnt find the issue with my init... read more
Been here for 1hr an 45 min still waiting to be seen all they did is get vitals an said to back an sit down an will call when there is a room available. There's like only us an 1 other party waiting. Some people walked out an was pissed off cause his wife was in pain an they told him the same thing. Step your game up Mercy. 1pm go here its now 3pm one person walked in didn't have any blood or pain issues? But they took her right back. We left. Call THERE H.R. NEXT....
Staff are good and caring. Place was clean in and out of the ER.
