Staff was great and friendly. Dr. in the ER was great. Bad things. Went in for kidney stone. I was in 10/10(throwing up pain). They couldn’t stay on top of my pain and I kept throwing up. I think there should be a better way to manage patients pain in these situations. Also, not certain if this is normal or not for an ER. But while I was in the room, you could audibly hear staff outside just joking around and talking about other things in life not related to the job at hand or patient care. I came here because I was 20 weeks pregnant and having intense pain and pressure. There's three people sitting at the desk, one of them points to a table to the right and tells me to fill out the pink form. No greeting, doesn't ask me what's going on, nothing just fill out this form. Very uncaring environment. Luckily since I was 20 weeks pregnant I was sent over to the labor and delivery side where I received excellent care.

I was at Mercy hospital ER on the 27th of February this was the worst ER I have ever been in. I give you one and I give Ardmore Mercy hospital a 10 . I had all these male nurses in there I was really kind of out of it but they were I had they put me on a thing exit one of those things in for urination and they said spread your legs and I wasn't fast enough and they spread them for me and hurt my one hip they were so dang rough with me I felt like I was going to be raped I felt so abused. They will delete your reviews I posted one about the poor care I received and they said to email them but then deleted my review smh and I can post the same review on other platforms not just here so delete it all you want! Shows how much you all really care about people’s concerns just proved my first review right.
