Si pudiera darles 5 estrellas extras lo haría!! Una atención extraordinaria exelente sin nada de discriminación y con mucha empatía , tenía temor d e ir a urgencias por no tener seguro médico y no me atendieran las enfermeras 10/10 muy lindas y muy atentas lo recomiendo 💯 pero sobre todo si el personal lee esto quiero darles las GRACIAS por sus atención me operaron de apendicitis y gracias a Dios y todo el personal estoy muy bien recuperándome …. Extremely disappointing visit. The staff showed little to no compassion. The doctor was rude when he came into the room to do some testing, and the nurse said he didn’t even know how long it would take. They gave us Tylenol, then acted irritated when we decided to leave despite telling us we could if we wanted. They even tried to refuse giving a doctor’s note because we hadn’t signed discharge paperwork, but later called us about it anyway. Nurses and doctors stared at us like we didn’t belong. Me and my husband both have had to come to this hospital this month . The Nurses and doctors are so helpful and take good care of there patients.

I have been here a few times with my kids and they have been so kind and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable and calm with warm blankets and a toy basket. The staff are loving and gentile and the Dr who stitched my girl did amazing! I truly felt like they were helping me like family and I can never thank them enough. Normally I would go to Children’s Emergency since it’s for kids but this one is down the road from me and my situation needed immediate attention. Thank you Mercy.
