good overall besides one of the nurse’s, i was there tonight and i believe his name was brayden or brandon. my hr spiked he just stood there when i was clearly in pain and out of it. he also removed and put in an iv in me without gloves. completely unexceptionable. besides that the provider was good and the female nurse was great i believe her name was hayley. but he needs to follow better health protocols and be more considerate of patients in urgent matters.
We were here for 2.5 hours just needed an x-ray. The provider was going to order ibuprofen and x-ray. It took approximately 45 min for the x-ray and we are currently still waiting on ibuprofen 2 hours later. I get that his injury is low priority but these wait times with no communication seem unreasonable. This will not be an ER we visit again I’ll drive the extra to CR.
This is for SARAH. Wish I could make it six stars. Sarah (RN) is extraordinarily skilled and efficient. Moreover, I have not experienced such a degree of empathy, wisdom and kindness for a very long time. She cared for me and put me at ease in a way I will never forget. Thank you, Sarah.
I’m not sure how they can call themselves a ER. Understaffed, excessively long wait time to end up telling us they weren’t going to be of any help. Would not recommend to anybody that actually had an emergency. Receptionist was incompetent.
I am impressed by Marion ER! My blood sugar was high. Walked into ER and had the whole staff waiting to see a patient. They were quick..pleasant..and helped ease anxiety
