We were seen immediately with zero hesitation. The staff were all gentle and kind. Dr Pappas was great and very empathetic with our situation. I’m very grateful especially since I didn’t know what to expect going in. People who complain need to understand triage. There are only so many staff and sometimes people are in significantly more life threatening situations than you may be.
Had a great experience! Nursing staff was great, friendly and caring. The Dr was great. Took time with me and I didnt feel rushed.
I want to post and say that we the most absolute wonderful experience here when my 5yo had a bad head wound. It was late at night and this was the closest ED to where we were camping. First, Registration was so calm and empathetic to me as a worried parent. Then triage was very transparent about how busy it was and what to expect. Then the nurse and PA who took care of us were so caring and thorough. And The Chaplin stopped by and really won the evening with a coloring book and crayons for my daughter.
