I want to post and say that we the most absolute wonderful experience here when my 5yo had a bad head wound. It was late at night and this was the closest ED to where we were camping. First, Registration was so calm and empathetic to me as a worried parent. Then triage was very transparent about how busy it was and what to expect. Then the nurse and PA who took care of us were so caring and thorough. And The Chaplin stopped by and really won the evening with a coloring book and crayons for my daughter. Quick & efficient. Both the nurse & doctor were very lovely.
I wanted to say I really appreciated having NP M Anderson look after me during my recent ER visit. She was so caring and thorough. I can’t remember ever having a medical professional treat me so well and I’ve seen a lot in my 37 years. Please let her know of my appreciation. All the other staff was fantastic too!
