I’ve had to go to Cassville ER several times in a very short amount of time. First because I was in a fender bender, then a few days later I got a severe kidney infection, then a day later I had a reaction to medication for the kidney infection. Unless you absolutely can not make it to Monett or aurora do not waste your time coming here especially if it involves your children. I came here with my 2 month old having breathing problems and they made sure you could feel how much of an inconvenience we were to be there. No sense of urgency the sweet women at the front desk had to call the nurses to tell them that our daughter sounded as if she was struggling to breath and the nurse that came was just whistling acting as if it was no big deal. Well these doctors are completely incompetent and have no clue what they are doing, if you could give five stars in the negative this would definitely be the place to leave it, wrote out three prescriptions, go and have two fixed and then they cancel the third one completely disregarding what the physician said so don't expect any actual help from these people whatsoever. Negative 5 stars, You would receive considerably more effective medical treatment next door at Taco Bell.
