Dr. Joe William Brown and the nurses that worked with him were all very polite, sympathetic, and professional. I felt very safe in their capable hands while I was in the ER.
I “walked” in thinking I broke my knee and was treated in a way there that they also assumed I did real damage. Brought me back to emergency immediately. Was x-rayed within 15 mins and saw my dr within another 20 mins? I’ve never felt so seen and lovingly assisted so fast in emergency. Was sent out with pain meds for my pain. No breaks but was sent with a recommendation to see an orthopedic surgeon and was called the next day and had an appointment for the same week for the specialist.
