We came in last night with our 21 year old son. He had excruciating ear pain (10 out of 10) after being on antibiotics for two days for an ear infection. They took him straight back. We were treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. ALL OF THE STAFF including front desk was so kind and we felt heard! I will die before I ever go back to this place. 3 in am 3 patients. I was never checked on 1 time and then told to go to Walmart for some OTC crap. Staff was terrible and all they talked about was how much overtime they were getting for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Terrible place. Room was filthy. Bed had some kink o white goo in it. They didn't care they didn't have to sit in it. These people are rude and just don't care about people. My wife was in so much pain she could barely talk. She wanted me to tell them what was wrong and they just kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish. Do better. You are in the line of work to help people not to treat them like crap. They already don't feel good and don't want to be in this place to begin with. Be the reason they get a little smile back. Not the reason they cuss you out

Took way to long was laughing instead of doing there job and was very rude needs to work on customer care
