Get directionsThese people are rude and just don't care about people. My wife was in so much pain she could barely talk. She wanted me to tell them what was wrong and they just kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish. Do better. You are in the line of work to help people not to treat them like crap. They already don't feel good and don't want to be in this place to begin with. Be the reason they get a little smile back. Not the reason they cuss you out
Bad and rude
Took way to long was laughing instead of doing there job and was very rude needs to work on customer care
The ER was busy when I brought in my husband with chest pain. His heart rate stayed at 125 for 6 hours. Many tests were run with no commucation as to why. BP machine did not read for over 2 hours. After CT scan, call light was not within reach of patient. Nothing was done for pain until labs showed he was NOT a drug seeker. I feel cameras need installed in all ER rooms. Staff was to busy to be attentive. Much more happened.
My husband was treated very badly he was left for over a hour in wet clothes,no call light, even has to dress himself in needs assistance,, when I was on the phone talking to him I could hear one nurse who was down right rude to him,I refuse to take my family to there ER again
