I see some bad reviews but Mercy Diagnostics has really picked itself up over the past few months. Customer service is excellent.
One of the worst labs to ever work for very unprofessional Management team really very unprofessional. Some of the staff as well. You can never get a straight answer. If I can rate this place a 0 I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This lab used to be great but we don't know what happened. We were a client of theirs for a long time and our staff and patients loved them, then over the past year or so it's like the service completely changed. We couldn't get straight answers on their billing, things kept getting switched on us without notice to us or our patients, then to make matters worse, they sent us a letter out of the blue telling us that they were dropping us as a client.
