I have utilized this facility for years for diagnostic testing and have never had an issue. I went this past Friday for imaging before a doctor’s appointment. The tech was rude, nasty and I felt manhandled by the time I was done. As a member of the healthcare profession I don’t expect any Preferential treatment. But what I do expect is being treated professionally and with respect as any patient should. I could not even get her name off of her name tag because it was covered with stickers.

Mammogram went well. She was direct and to the point but not very friendly.

Normally I have all of my imaging done at Southtowns Radiology but because my provider is affiliated with Catholic Health I chose to come here and regret it. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist was more interested in the soccer game on tv she was watching than checking me in. Even though my doctor is a Trinity doctor they couldn’t find the script and did nothing but complain about it not being in Epic. It has been a week today and I still don’t have my test results.
