I have utilized this facility for years for diagnostic testing and have never had an issue. I went this past Friday for imaging before a doctor’s appointment. The tech was rude, nasty and I felt manhandled by the time I was done. As a member of the healthcare profession I don’t expect any Preferential treatment. But what I do expect is being treated professionally and with respect as any patient should. I could not even get her name off of her name tag because it was covered with stickers.
Mammogram went well. She was direct and to the point but not very friendly.
Came for my appointment at 3. Sat there a long time no one was there finally a guy said it would b a while. Waited for half hour . Nothing. Mercy continues to disappoint. I have had countless problems with this dump of an organization. Just seems anything with the catholic church is horrible. I will probably end up passing in this dump because it is closest hospital, and that pissed me off
