Operating hours change on a whim~ The 1 day they are supposed to be open the 1 lab tech seems to call in absent more often then they are present! This used to be my lab of choice as my Doctor prefers my bloodwork be done "in house". This lab is very unreliable now. Takes months to "schedule" an appointment just to have blood drawn. Absolutely NO walk-ins welcome! Such a shame!
If you can avoid getting your lab orders sent here you absolutely should. Their operating hours and appointment/walk in policies change frequently, and you will not be notified when it happens. They rarely answer the phone. They will not contact you if your appointment is cancelled or has to be rescheduled. They frequently have incomplete/incorrect lab orders, so bring a paper copy or else they may not even test the right thing.
