Jolene is an incredible phlebotomist! All the staff are kind, understanding, and helpful. Clean facility, nice waiting room, super convenient location in the village. A million times better than Quest. Catholic Health's online charting system gives you fast access to results.
the lady that checks people in is rude and needs to drop her attitude, was a slow morning and i went in to get bloodwork and she couldn’t stop making rude side comments.

Scheduled mammogram at 1pm. Arrived at 12:45 as per their instruction to a deserted registration area. Registration office was dark and empty. Figured they went to lunch so I sat there until 1 when they came back. No notice on windows that they were at lunch. Registered with them and sat back in waiting room. Sat there for another 45 minutes until I told them I had to leave as I had some place to be.
