The cardiologists are excellent, but good luck reaching anyone. Poor communications. Poor scheduling, and no one available even during advertised operating hours. If you're trying to pay Mercy, you will experience nothing but difficulties, even if you're trying to PAY YOUR BILL!. No accountability at this organization. Have a blessed day.
