Coming here to warn people before scheduling services at this location. All my other providers are in this building which is covered by my insurance, except them apparently. Now I’m out $6000 for an echo, and was NOT warned or anything with the scheduling office or check in staff that it was not covered by insurance. Just awful.
Such nice people. Fast, efficient, and friendly with great bedside manner.
Horrible place! Told to arrive at 6:30 for 7 am appt. Doors were not open till 6:30! Upon arriving, they called a name other than mine decisions who's patient I was. Then I was told I had this procedure 2 months ago and why I was doing it again! Upon entering the room, the tech had to take a call from her daughter first to be sure the child was taken to school. Everyone seems helpful but this isn't covered by Insurance at all, is needlessly expensive, and I'm not completely sure I need it at all.
I am very disappointed with this location regarding follow up results with a test that I had. Clearly they do not care about their patients health. I had a test done two weeks ago and as of today, still waiting for a call back with results. Staff in the office were not pleasant to deal with while in the office. They were extremely pushy and rude. I understand with Covid business ate experiencing higher work loads and things are taking longer than normal but a phone call explaining that we are sorry for the delay would be nic... read more
