Terrible customer service. Had to go personally to make an appointment with insurance on the phone because they kept saying insurance didn't authorized it and can't make an appointment until then. When I got there, all they want was their money for prepayment that I could've done on the phone. Wasted time, energy and no apologies for their incompetence.

First and foremost the lady dentist and the gentleman dental assistant were outstanding. They were personable and professional. That being said I had my first appointment in January and since then I still have a cavity that has not been fixed. Every time I call to try and get an appointment no matter the business hour the phone always goes to voicemail and then whom ever is in charge of calling back with in the 24 to 48 hours( accurate by the way) has the personally of dry saltine cracker.
