The dentist Dr.Kaiser is great the assistant the male one...not so much.
Dr. Kaiser is the absolute best dentist ever. Kind, considerate, helpful - she makes visiting the dentist a positive experience. THANK YOU, Dr. Kaiser, for taking great care of me!
Terrible customer service. Had to go personally to make an appointment with insurance on the phone because they kept saying insurance didn't authorized it and can't make an appointment until then. When I got there, all they want was their money for prepayment that I could've done on the phone. Wasted time, energy and no apologies for their incompetence.
Answer the phone or hire more staff. It’s that simple.
