I have been with Mercy credit Union for years.I would not go anywhere else.Have had several loans here! They are very professional ,helpful and knowledgeable.And very customer service orienled I love the. Parks here,paperless etc! Love all my peeps there!

Michael at Mercy C.U. provides HORRIBLE customer service. I called on a clients behalf (at their request), just to get some info. He had no interest in helping their clients at all. If you're looking for help & excellent customer service... I would highly recommend using a different bank or credit union.
