I am a dual coverage patient! Yet mercy continues to bill me for a payment that was paid by my secondary insurance provider I have reached out to the corporate office with out success I have verified that the payment has been paid Yet mercy continues to waste money by sending me the bill every month!!
I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give a negative star number. The O'Fallon Missouri location is a joke. My doctor said " his health conditions are out of control!" And did she say anything about why? No! Because she refused to address the issues and then refuses to give refills on important medication just to get me in the office saying I have not been keeping my appointments! She saw me 3 months ago and then all she did was send me somewhere else to be treated. When she could have given me antibiotics.
I am waiting to get an appt over 4 going on 5 months I was to told they were waiting on a referral from my doctor who said she sent it. What a job they do at Mercy Downtown Baltimore !!
