Doctor was nice. Explained things well and listened to what we had to say. Nurse/CNA was unprofessional, rude, and didn't know what a common medical procedure was and we also had to spell and explain what it was- Did they skip anatomy class? Short wait to get into an exam room, but had to wait for three days to an appointment. there was only three people in the waiting area the entire time there. Office staff seemed cold and unfriendly.
