Great doctor and nurses
Great doctors. Severe lack of effective administration. I love my doctor, Dr. Amy Fulton. The two stars are only for her. I will be searching for a new office due to the incompetency and lack of customer service from some of the people at the front desk/phone receptionists. Every three months, I have to call in to get a new prescription since I am on controlled medications for my ADHD. I can only request a new prescription in the last 5 days of pills. I saw Alexis Taylor and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received from her during my visit. I felt so heard and understood as she listened to my symptoms and asked me detailed questions to gather more information. It is obvious she cares for her patients, and I highly recommend.
