Fantastic! We see Dr. Van Roekel at Mercy West. He is wonderful-he really puts kids at ease and does a fantastic job explaining things. The staff there is friendly and very helpful. We had some issues when we switched insurance companies and they were wonderful about helping us out and getting it taken care of-much better than the insurance comapnies customer service!
I wish everyone could have a Dr. Cureg!! My children both see Dr. Cureg and Mercy West Pediatrics. I have had pleasant experiences with every single person I have encountered in this office. They are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Cureg is very calm with the children which helps to calm their nerves. She is gentle. Dr. Cureg is very helpful in calming new parents worries.
