Dr. Byron is very nice however gets too busy and makes it so I am stuck waiting in discomfort for weeks or months and then told to go to urgent care where I end up on meds that don't work and dealing with having to find new doctors to see. I was in such need of care a few weeks back and was told to do a computer call with her. She did however setup a test for me but I still had to fight to get a in person visit. I really like her when I can see her. Just should be easier.
My doctor is amazing! I have nothing negative to say about her. However, the front desk customer service could be improved. Since they are the first people patients interact with, a friendlier and more welcoming attitude would make a big difference.
The staff was professional, and the facility was clean. Dr. Gretchen Levey was very understanding of my concerns, especially regarding medications. I prefer not to take medication unless it is absolutely necessary, and she fully respected that. She was also very informative about treatment options and gave me the time to do my own research before we follow up in a video appointment to decide how to move forward.
