Dr Levey is a fantastic doctor and person. She listens to you, makes you feel comfortable about sharing what you’re going through. She’s an excellent doctor!
I was super hesitant to make an appointment because 2 years ago I went to SSM and the doctor was was so rude with no compassion!! I was so nervous but my experience with this office / Mercy was professional, warm, welcoming, compassionate (everything that my previous appointment was not). Thank you so much!
From the minute, you walk in to the office till the minute you meet the doctor, everyone is absolutely professional, caring, and kind
Dr. Byron is very nice however gets too busy and makes it so I am stuck waiting in discomfort for weeks or months and then told to go to urgent care where I end up on meds that don't work and dealing with having to find new doctors to see. I was in such need of care a few weeks back and was told to do a computer call with her. She did however setup a test for me but I still had to fight to get a in person visit. I really like her when I can see her. Just should be easier.
