Awful! Had a 9:45 appointment. I arrived at 9:30 because they said to be 15 minutes early. I was not seen or updated on what was the delay until I asked at 10:15. I finally got to go back at 10:30 but wait another 30 minutes there and still was never seen. I had to leave to get my daughter off the bus. This was a scheduled well visit appointment. I had probably the worst experience I could have with a first time pregnancy. I should have trusted my gut on the first appointment. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. But my Dr just wanted me to be compliant so that I wouldn't ask questions. I was taking HALF my 5g of Lexapro before pregnancy. And she said it could affect my baby's respiratory growth but I should keep taking it because "moms mental health is still important". Um no. And she did not respect my decision to get off my meds. I had a great experience with this office during my pregnancy. The front desk receptionists were welcoming and friendly every time I had an appointment. Dr. glass is very caring and takes the time to answer any questions. I never had to wait long to see the doctor like other places. Would definitely recommend.
