I had a great experience with this office during my pregnancy. The front desk receptionists were welcoming and friendly every time I had an appointment. Dr. glass is very caring and takes the time to answer any questions. I never had to wait long to see the doctor like other places. Would definitely recommend.
Only one of the nurses here were willing to help me. Dr. Mendenhall diagnosed me with something that needed treatment. She failed to inform me of the diagnosis & also failed to treat me for OVER A YEAR! I only found out about it by digging deep in my medical files and making calls about it. They had all my current & updated info, including email, phone number, & address. There’s no excuse for this. I wouldn’t want anyone to have the same thing happen to them. I wouldn’t go here again even if it was the last option I had.
