Called to get in as a transfer patient because my current obgyn is awful and they were like sorry we can’t see you. 🙄 I have been seeing merkley for over 5 years as a patient and he still wouldn’t take me since I was going to a freeman provider.
I sit there over an hour with an appointment. I was told I was next and someone else told them they needed to be somewhere else so they seen her first. We all have somewhere to be. Very rude not once was I checked on. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Dr.Fords office
I use to love this dr office had nothing but great experience here until recently my OBgYN told me to make an appointment when my HCG levels were between 2000 and 3000 so I did but she decided 30 minutes before my appointment it was to early so they called and rescheduled which I was fine with but the baby’s father was unhappy as they were goin back on what they had said originally and waited until last minute to reschedule he had said some not nice things which the receptionist over the phone. I hate it here they treat you like absolutely crap you can never get a hold of you OB if you need something and unless you have a really good insurance they treat you less and like your and inconvenience for them I have expressed many concerns and get told to take Tylenol definitely getting a new OB has not made my pregnancy feel special also gave me the wrong due date and how far along I was n.kept up with it until my "20" week appointment and dose not call you back I was late by 5 min I drove over an hour to get there they... read more
I have had really good experiences over all with the check in and vital lady named Ashley both dr ford and dr merkley are amazing but a lot of the check in ladies treat you like your incompetent otherwise this would be a five star
