Really kind and supportive doctors and staff!!!!
I waited three weeks for an order that should have taken two. When I spoke to the staff they had managed to forget to even order it. I do need to add that Dr. Glass is absolutely amazing!
Personnel picking up the phone are awful. Bad attitudes and no professional at all. They definitely need more people oriented training. I have called 6 times already, for different reasons, and not 1 employee was courteous.
I've been a patient here for years and also worked at Mercy for 2.5 years. Recently, I went on FMLA for mental health reasons and informed my boss well in advance that I was looking for a stay at home jobs for my health and my kids. Today, I went in to see Dr.Glass for an appointment I've made on Aug 21, instead of calling me to say they no longer wanted me as a patient, they made me come in just to tell me in person. I was told "I hurt the office" because of the way I left and was asked to find a different doctor because th... read more
