I’ve struggled for years to get care for my endometriosis symptoms and this place was my last hope before giving up locally and just going to STL. I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve been pleasantly surprised about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. There isn’t an extravagant amount of waiting or trouble scheduling an appointment. I tried to ignore the reviews but this place genuinely sucks, from not returning calls to just how they handle their patients in general. it shouldn’t take an arm and a leg to get an appointment. You can definitely find some place better.
Never answers the phone or calls back very unprofessional do not recommend.
Recently stopped in here for a procedure and the service was awesome! Kelli was friendly checked me in quickly, then Nancy proceeded with the procedure and made it as pleasant as possible. She had great customer service skills and was very prompt!
This is the first negative review I have ever left, but I am at shock with the care at Mercy’s Women’s Health. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one star is because the ultrasound tech, nurses, and OBs have been kind. Other than that, I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency, communication, and care of this clinic. I have been working with Mercy Women’s Health since July.
