I was scheduled 4 months out or so for a 1st time visit. The week of the visit, staff called to cancel and reschedule my appointment. It happens, but I had to wait another 4months! After a total of 8 months of waiting, I called the day before my 2nd scheduled appointment to confirm the appt. since I hadn't heard from them. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was referred to a gynecologist that completely dismissed what I wanted because his words “he never learned to use that robot.” I should’ve known this would be a disaster when they told me “he only charts on paper”. Someone who isn’t interested in keeping up with the times and wants to slap temporary patches on major issues has no business in women’s health.
