I had my first visit with Dr James Thu today. I was so impressed! He listened to me, explained things including options and was not only professional but friendly. Imagine that! Not only that, the nurse and font office staff made me feel welcome and respected. Very impressie, all around!
I would stay away from this place. My Primary care physician put in an URGENT consult related to some ultrasound results and pain I was having. After central scheduling wasn’t able to get in touch with them and I finally was after multiple attempts, they said they didn’t feel like my issue was an urgent one, even with the pain I am having, and said they were very busy there and it would be a while for an appointment. Had a horrible experience here my doctor was rude and showed very little empathy they were not listening to me. I will not say to much more I don't wish for them to be in trouble I just want to say I was uncomfortable the whole time.
I had a good experience with this practice in October thank you to Stephanie and Dr. Thu and i'll see you in January
