Awful. I was an established patient here but didn't need to see a urologist for a couple of years. Suddenly, my condition flared up and I needed to see my doctor right away. I come to find out since it's been a little bit, I am now considered a new patient again and can't get an appointment for months. Forget that! Awful experience. I'd give negative stars if I could.
