The hospital staff was great, but I had a lot of problems with Dr. Srivilasa overseeing my care. Post-op, for some reason, he didn't want me having any IV fluids or medicine. I was so dehydrated and nauseous, I couldn't even keep down water. He refused to prescribe anything stronger than Zofran. It was miserable. I had to discharge so I could go home and get adequate nausea control from my PCP. He also didn't prescribe enough medicine for adequate pain control.
