Dr. Sharma did an excellent job with my surgery
Both hospital and staff at mercy have been excellent
It is so sad to watch Mercy as an organization completely degrade the beautiful hospital previously known as “St. John’s”. Mercy has fired all of its essential employees that contribute to a wonderful experience. All that remains is a scarce and depressed admin team that schedules for unsupported doctors and nurses. The entire hospital is filthy and if you have any questions they have to send you to different departments and teams since no one has a clue as to what is going on. Even this survey is a joke.
