Appointment was easy to make and scheduled in a timely manner. Not rushed through the visit; everyone was friendly, efficient and thorough throughout; most of my questions were anticipated before asking and those remaining were answered in a complete and satisfactory manner. Left the visit feeling confident and well informed about the procedure itself including clear instructions about pre and post surgical details. I am as pleased as I can be about getting cut into for a three location hernia repair - ha.
I feel very confident in Dr Joseph Behrens abilities and his staff to make my minor surgical procedure anxiety free and near painless The chicken Philly in the Cafe was fantastic too!
Dr Jesse Hanisch was such a great doctor! He was warm and caring. He met all of my concerns and he listened to me attentively. The staff was also so great!
Dr Hanisch and his staff are really knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr H takes his time and makes sure you have all your questions answered. The staff is friendly and know what they’re doing. They all work well together like a team should.
