Saw Dr Collins on 11/19/16 for injured shoulder. She ordered an MRI and a prescripton. The prescription was sent to Arizona and when she closed medical records she cancelled the MRI. So, do we start over with new doctor???? Spoke with nurse Taylor. She was no help. The MRI order sets there until the doctor comes back in a few days..
