My husband was not only in excruciating pain from a herniated disc in his neck, but also having a horrible time with the meds he was on. We were quickly losing hope as the wait to get into a pain management doctor was as long as the neurosurgeon. Dr. Naylor and his office were wonderful at working us in when they heard about our plight and Dr. Naylor himself was nothing short of amazing. Update! ID like to add that the ESI procedure that Dr Naylor did gave me my life back. Can't wait to feel the full potential of the procedure. I'm 6 days out. Emily and the new girl were amazing and compassionate! Made a very dreaded visit unexpectedly pleasant and less anxiety inducing! Dr Baylor was awesome. Explained everything in lamen terms. Thank you for all you do!
There was no compassion I was new to pain management, I had an office visit where I was told what I needed insurance probably wouldn't cover. Got a call insurance covered it, the procedure was set. The wait time sucked but really what's new in a doctors office. The part where it takes a real bad turn is coming up. So I get called back they they take my vitals and give me the blue hat and leave me to wait.
