I had an appointment yesterday, I was called 20 minutes before my appointment and told me they had to cancel my appointment because my Doctors office hasn’t sent the referral over, which I knew was not true. I called my doctors office, the called Mercy and were told they had to cancel because they are so behind and in fact they had received my referral and just blatantly lied to me.
