Dr. Pearson has normally been great for my dads pcp but at his last appointment he completely ignored my dad’s symptoms when my dad told him about them at his 1st appointment after being on a ventilator the week before (wheezing and stopped ears). You can hear his breathing from across the room. I had to call the next day and question them only for them to call dad, after I specifically stated i was his ride and if he needed to come in call me so i can take and left my number, and tell him he can come in for a chest xray now... read more
TIMOTHY OLIVE AP WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. HE LISTENED AND THEN ASKED QUESTIONS TO ADDRESS MY EXPRESSED CONCERNS. I FOUND HIM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPASSIONATE. THAT IS MY FIRST IMPRESSION.
