The doctors at this facility refused to see my father after canceling an appointment. The doctors need to have their licenses revoked and the practice needs to be audited and the building needs to be closed.

This was the worst, most insensitive and calloused experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. I will never go back and strongly caution against this office. I would go to the nearest veterinary clinic before going to this office.

The Dr's here are more concerned with adding revenue to Mercy's bottom line than what is best for patient care. Not only did they try to get me to do a test that added no value to my healthcare, but the Dr threatened to cut off my disability if I didn't take it. My insurance denied the test, saying it was a voluntary procedure. Dr Melton doesn't listen to his patients. He asks questions, then sits at the computer and types while you're speaking. *edit* the email offered below is fake - if your way of “fixing” it is to offer people a non working point of contact then I feel bad for you. Also two weeks ago I went back to this office because I was told that I would actually get to meet Dr. Melton this time. Upon meeting Dr. Melton he didn’t listen to a single word I said.
