Rude staff. Nobody understands insurance. Every visit leads to my being harassed by collectors cause staff can't properly input information. Quest diagnostics downstairs is a real let down AND A SEPERATE COMPANY. Wish I had better options...
I was turned away from my appointment with the doctor today because (as the nurse put it) I was showing flu-like symptoms after telling the receptionist that I had been sick with bronchitis for a week. According to the nurse I spoke to, I needed to be tested for Coronavirus before I could be seen by them. First of all, I wasn't coughing or wheezing in front of the nurse (and I had a mask on), so how could she assume that I had the virus? Went to see my doctor Hilgeman he is a great doctor he's always helpful listen to me they were very good they took your temperature coming in to make sure they require a mask but they're always very friendly but the doctor is always very thorough and answers all my questions
