Dr. John Bowers and the entire Mercy staff were exceptional! They make you feel like family. A lot of people, including myself, are somewhat scared of medical facilities. Dr. Bowers changed that notion for me. He made me feel comfortable and cared about my case. He brought me options and communicated a path to wellness. Happy to say I’ll be a returning patient when that time comes. 10/10.
i have been seeing a phenomenal nurse practitioner at this office for years & i really can't recommend them enough! the whole care team is exceptional - the nurses are kind, the practitioners are patient and informed, and the folks in the lab make even the scary experiences feel a little less so. 10/10 do recommend.
