Demi Merlino is amazing.
Love this clinic, love Dr. Syed. She is the very best. Would give only 3 stars on my last visit due to mgmt not addressing a lab shortage causing extremely long wait times, both to get labs done and to get results. But overall I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They are very attentive and kind.
Demi was professional and she took time to understand my health issues and needs. The check-in lady at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.
The all staff very nice
Dr. John Bowers and the entire Mercy staff were exceptional! They make you feel like family. A lot of people, including myself, are somewhat scared of medical facilities. Dr. Bowers changed that notion for me. He made me feel comfortable and cared about my case. He brought me options and communicated a path to wellness. Happy to say I’ll be a returning patient when that time comes. 10/10.
