Had an appointment scheduled, took off work for it, and they had it scheduled wrong. I even had a text message from them confirming date and time that I showed at the counter, upon which I responded to confirm my appointment. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. Their was response was laughter. They literally laughed, said "it just happens," and said I needed to reschedule. This was not funny to me.
