Dr Birner and her staff provide excellent health care. I trust my health care with Dr Birner and her staff.
Went for an appointment at 10:40 doctor finally came in at 11:10 was there to discuss health concerns that haven't yet been discussed and get paperwork completed. Was told they couldn't find the paperwork she went out and seen another patient while I sat there. After an hour past my appointment I walked out. I already previously discussed my concerns with the office manager. Don't go here unless you have a cold or just want handed medication. Mercy medical Care in Columbia Illinois is number one in our book. Dr Nancy Birner, NP Jessica Dickman are both number one in our book. They take great care of our family and they are very timely appointments especially when we have a semi emergency as I did a couple days ago I ended up with walking pneumonia and they got me in the same day just a few hours after I called.
