Whoever the lady is that checks you in is very rude and should be replaced. No reason to be rude to someone who just wants their prescription change to a different pharmacy
Dr. Rojas was extremely rude and judgemental towards me and my fiance. She made us feel like terrible parents. She also caused my baby's temperature to drop dangerously low resulting in a two day hospital stay. This was my baby's first pediatrician appointment and she made it an awful experience. I scheduled a yearly physical expecting it to be covered, but ended up being charged extra because a few concerns were addressed during the visit. I wasn’t informed this would change the nature of the appointment. It feels like patients are being penalized for speaking up about their health.
