Dr Shetty is always amazing. He takes time to address issues, and has outstanding bed side manner. The office staff has never been impolite or uncaring in any way. A lot of reviews mention the lab...the lab is ran by Quest diagnostics not Mercy. Overall a great primary doctor.
Called for an emergency fill of 2 prescriptions, I switched to Express Scripts, they won't deliver until Friday the 24th. Express Scripts ask me to call my Doctor's office to request 2 emergency fills at Walmart 3270 Telegraph, since these 2 run out on 21st. Called, staff said they will have those 2 emergency prescriptions filled. NO! NOT FILLED! Office Staff doesn't understand English and the word EMERGENCY! Blood pressure and diabetes medicines.
They cancelled my appointment with less than a week's notice and couldn't even bother to call me to reschedule.
Not user friendly. Went 10-1-21 no one at front desk. Stood in line while blond woman helped someone. She asked if I needed something while she was talking to guy. I said “Lab”. She said I only do xRay. I said “where do I go? Then she ignored me. I walked around couldn’t find anything. I left there frustrated that nothing was marked or anyone help me. Sat by the front desk for a while and still no one. I had no idea where to go. I did not get the lab work done there and don’t want to go back.
