Sharon is running that place to the ground. Poor communication, runs you around in circles, and overall unhelpful.
They explicitly refuse to see you if another plastic surgeon that you've seen doesn't respond to your attempts to reach them. Their office manager Sharon will simply tell you to try to reach the other surgeon again and again.
Insurance requested more info for my wife’s breast reduction. Office says it’s their policy to not help with appeals. Insurance acknowledged the medical necessity of a breast reduction, but was requesting additional information that the office staff refuses to give. They were rude to my wife when asking for help, and basically told her “it is what it is” when she said that the claim would get denied if we appeal on our own. This place is poorly ran. And i will not recommend it to anyone.
Dr. Curtis did not leave a good result with my breast reconstruction. I had to go to another doctor to fix it. He didn't remove a cyst that he had promised to remove. My breasts were very uneven. I developed a contracture within a few months. Technique could have been better.
